Daily Duties at Chesapeake Resources:
Worked individually with the managers to obtain their input on budgets and developed strategies to achieve results. Increased revenue with new customers by training the managers to sell on quality instead of price, and increased revenue with existing customers by developing new rent increase programs. Led training with managers on good collection techniques and conducted monthly auctions at all properties by following the legal process. * Successfully achieved all budgeted goals. * Exceeded total revenue goals of $15 million by approximately $1.5 million per year. * Reduced delinquency dollars at all 12 properties, from over 10% to an average of 3%. * Increased existing customers revenue a minimum of 5% annually through new programs. * Grew revenue in some areas by creating premium spaces with premium price points. * Reduced the number of auctions which subsequently reduced the company’s liability in the auction process.
