Daily Duties at Digital Federal Credit Union:
· Increased financial institution awareness and usage through branch promotions and direct mail to consumers. · Generated higher than average response rates on all direct mail campaigns. Designed, wrote and coordinated vendor responsibilities for all credit union direct mail campaigns. · Brought all collateral material design/copywriting in-house – resulting in $500,000 in annual savings. General responsibilities: Developed, implemented, coordinated and managed credit union marketing activities including strategic planning, budgeting, pricing, product design, product and service delivery, public relations, advertising and product promotion. Coordinated print jobs. Wrote on-hold and statement messages and internal communications (kept staff updated on external marketing programs). Assisted in development of annual marketing plan. Maintained Macintosh desktop publishing system. Managed vendors (advertising agency, mail house, printers, VISA®, American Express®, etc.). Made written recommendations to management on potential sales/service opportunities, product design, pricing, advertising, public relations and promotional material.
