Daily Duties at Aromascan:

· Created/ran US marketing department of UK-based company. Established procedures; hired and trained staff. · US liaison to UK-based headquarters (required international travel). Implemented/managed all US marketing communications, including research/analysis, tactical planning, budgeting, PR, advertising, trade shows and product promotion. · Researched markets for unique new sensor-based capital equipment. Announced product to markets through a mix of targeted programs: advertising, direct mail, trade shows, editorials and technology workshops. Lead to sales of capital equipment to Fortune 1000 firms: Seagram, Exxon, Shell and Hershey Foods. · Contacted potential partner companies and established relationships. Wrote press releases, developed relationships with appropriate media/editors. · Designed, wrote and coordinated vendors for all external and internal communications: collateral packets, demo disks, direct mail, newsletters and advertising. Created equipment demo diskette. ·Prepared for and attended national trade shows. Demonstrated technology at trade shows and user group meetings
