·Hired full time from consultant after solving a project crisis: implemented new initiatives to maximize corporate efficiencies. · Collateral Material: Spearheaded internal online ordering system for collateral. Managed creation of collateral materials for print and website including data sheets, product info, application notes, user guides/​manuals, case studies and corporate profiles.​ Maintained inventory of all collateral materials.​ Standardized collateral look and feel using QuarkXpress, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Coordinated printing of all collateral and mailings. Designed and wrote print ads, collateral, banner ads; edited all software documentation and white papers. In-house graphic designer (eliminated need for outside vendor). Completed first print advertisement; wrote and co-designed ad. In-house graphic designer for projects requiring design skills. Corporate PowerPoint “go to” person. ·Web Marketing: Assisted in redesign of web site using Dreamweaver MX and Fireworks; constructed site to maximize SEO; managed corporate banner ad program with partners and paid insertion vendors. Communicated regularly with web designer in Santa Barbara, PR Manager in Raleigh, NC and Communications Director in Santa Clara, CA. · Corporate Trade shows and Customer Events/​Training: Coordinated trade show exhibitions, road shows, customer events and sales training according to corporate plan and guidelines Selected and procured required materials and coordinated internal resources and third party support for events.​ Managed creative development and maintenance of exhibition booth and equipment.​ Executed support requirements and attendance for all events and staff.​ Attended trade shows and executed trade show logistics.​ Interviewed and selected vendor for custom trade show booth. Designed all signage for show (reducing costs by $300K annually).
