Daily Duties at Analysts International Corporation (Aic):

Production support analyst/developer for a large utility company. My duties were to determine the cause for incorrect functionality of existing applications. This involved correcting code an Oracle Form 4.5 screens or an Oracle Reports 2.5 reports and or developing and installing new logic in these screens or reports. These applications were used to set up or maintain both industrial and residential utility customers. Utilized all three major components of Oracle Developer 2000. Wrote three new stored procedures to monthly extract data for GEMMS database and insert data into three separate summary tables. Assisted in conversion of Legacy accounting system to Oracle Financials, serving on the Fixed Assets conversion team. Responsible for writing all packages to convert incoming Legacy accounting information to correct columns and formats required by Oracle Financials Fixed Assets database table. Developed two separate Visual Basic 4 applications. Designed an application to extract data from Oracle database and create flat files in directory on Unix platform for use by fulfillment system. Designed a second Visual 4 application to extract data for Oracle database and create flat files for archiving system. Acted as mentor for those designing reports for end users and helped individuals better understand potential of Oracle Reports version 2.0.
