Daily Duties at Datatek:
Contracted to Affiliated Computer Services, Inc. ACS, in Nashville Tennessee as an Oracle Forms/Reports specialist to support and convert a state healthcare application for the state of Connecticut from an Oracle web application to an ASP web application. My role is to assist the ASP programmers in understanding how and why the current application is functioning and also to learn and assist in converting the Oracle Forms/Reports to ASP. I developed a number of PL/SQL stored packages, procedures and functions for the state of Mississippi Health care Administrative reporting application, this allowed these reports to be developed using the Acuate reporting tool. I also analized the PL/SQL stored packages, procedures and functions used but the state of Texas Health care systems. This analysis resulted in recomendations to improve efficentience of code execution.
