Daily Duties at Jd Resources:

Contracted to Accredo Health, Inc. in Memphis Tennessee as an Oracle Forms/Reports, PL/SQL specialist to support their custom Health care management application by correcting issues reported to the help desk by the end users. Member of the development team in the creation of additional end user screens to add application functionality. I also maintained existing application reports and created additional ones.
