Environment: MS Access, MS Powerpoint, SQL, MS Excel, MS Visio, Outlook •Provided support for maintenance, implementation and training of TradeBeam Web application •Identified and documented enhancements, change requests and issues for SilverBullet- the business platform •Assisted with QA and regression testing for the technology platforms. Collaborated with technology support vendors in the testing phases of various projects •Maintained and documented various Marketing and Training materials for the customer facing platforms. •Provided demos and presentations on TradeBeam Web Application to customers and employees. •Created and distributed bi- weekly compliance reports to Management.
