* Performed calculations for design of new condensers, water ejectors, cooling tower and cooling tower pump according to mass/material balance and energy balance of the evaporator system. * Participated in Troubleshooting in distillation, drying, heat transfer & mass transfer equipment. * Reviewed design, drawing and specifications with civil, electrical and maintenance engineers. * Coordinated with subcontractors and suppliers. * Presided the project meetings as a project leader. * Participated in the development PFDs, P&IDs, and in HAZOP. * Managed cost control, coding and labor resources. Prepared budgets, cost estimates, proposals, schedules, contracts and work scopes with project manager. * Negotiated subcontracts’ agreement, issued purchase orders and general contracts. Prepared daily and weekly progress reports. Reviewed subcontracts and implement operations. * Saved up to 7% per year energy savings during the design and installation of cooling tower and cooling tower pump. * Worked on batch and continuous operations. * Supervised plant operators and technicians, performed resource allocation per production planning. * Worked on DCS and PLC systems to control the plant of penta production, and adjusted the parameters according to process requirement. * Prepared documentation related to production batch, equipment shutdown, delay reports, and ISO documents. * Implemented all precautionary measurements related to safety especially at the time of new equipment installation, plant switch over, welding operation etc. * Communicated with Q.C. department related to product samples as per process requirements.
