Daily Duties at Aiken County School District:
Provided life and basic education skills for Autistic children according to Applied Behavioral Therapeutic guidelines. Participated and supported lesson plan formulation, IEP, and grants. Direct instruction and development of motor and verbal skills. Personal aide for public school classroom attendance. Provision of performance analysis results and future applications modification at bi-weekly meeting and periodic team workshops. Extensive development of communication, implementation methods, response evaluation, and PECS. Assistance in Hippotherapy program to improve overall motor skills. Grant writing, volunteer management, fund raising through community activities for Autism Society of South Carolina.
