Daily Duties at Snap Systems:
Management of Bank Relations and Closing departments. Development of overall operation processes. Management of process execution, daily work-flow, financial assessment, and training. Strategic planning of organization short sale pipeline. Composition of training and operations manuals for future expansion and daily operations. Weekly KPI company management. Development of Human Resources guidelines, employee manual and overall staff HR maintenance. Process and layout development specialist for company’s online database. Supervision of overall company day to day administration and customer service execution. Development of marketing plan and management of strategies and coordination. Act alongside Board of Directors in development of future expansion, goals, concepts and enhancement of corporate culture.
