Provided troubleshooting at each event to ensure smooth operation. • Held advance procedures seminars to educate staff on event coordination process. • Worked with staff to write briefs. • Provided Treasurer with insight into attendees and key decision makers at each event. • Considered one of the leading advance staff people in Chicago area by developing excellent rapport with the Treasurer.
