Daily Duties at Intercapital Group Services, Inc.:
Supervised payroll clerk in accurate and timely payroll processing and reporting with ADP Managistics for Windows, semimonthly, multi-state, multi-company, 500 + full- time and hourly employees. Reviewed all processed payroll changes and ADP reports prior to utilizing ADP/Oracle formatted download disc for payroll journal entries. Employed MS Excel to create cost-effective organizational payroll forms and implement payroll best practices to assist in cutting costs; prepared detailed management reporting of payroll and benefits expenses via ADP ReportSmith and Excel. Detailed analytical skills applied to general ledger account analysis and reconciliations of payroll related accounts, as well as quarterly and annual payroll tax returns reconciliation. Assist Accounting with bank reconciliations. Excellent trouble-shooting skills utilized in order to respond to Finance Department payroll budget variance inquiries. Provided outstanding internal and external customer service for all inquires.
