Daily Duties at Sky Lakes Medical Center:

My primary role as a Registration Rep was to greet patients as they presented to the facility and then aquire all information needed by the facility from the patient, or patient's family member. This included demographic information, some limited medical history, billing and insurance information, as well as obtaining any signatures on consent for treatment forms and billing waivers. I also offered patients who requested financial assistance or financial counseling for their bill.
