Daily Duties at Sky Lakes Medical Center:

As the Quality Assurance Auditor, I was responsible to review 100% of all patient accounts generated by registration staff and check billing information for accuracy. I also returned any errors found to the staff member, or fixed them myself (depending on time). I also wrote reports on these accuracy levels that where submitted to management on a quarterly basis. I sat in interviews and assisted the department manager with the hiring process. I also acted as the assistance manager in the managers absence, including the training of new empoyees, and evaluation of employees. As the project lead, I am responsible to propose, manage and implement new projects approved by management. These projects are aimed at improving revenue and reducing costs, through automation of complex, tedious, error prone, or repetative tasts. I see these projects through from initial ideation, through detailed design, proposals, resource allocation, implementation, and review of results.
