Daily Duties at Lane Company:

Organized, managed, and executed the architecture and interior design for multimillion dollar apartments, condominiums, and townhomes. Consulted with development team to establish the brand identity and take on responsibility for the overall look and feel of the project. Analyzed buyer information and competitive market data to select unit and amenity finishes that were consistent with the vision of the project. Managed third party interior designers, architects, and consultants to create buildings that were inline with the established brand to increase sales and marketing potential. Acted as liaison between development group and marketing to convey the message of the brand to achieve a synergy between design and marketing. Created proposals and RFP’s for interior design, signage, and various sub-contractor’s services.
