Daily Duties at Pisaza Design Studio, Ltd.:
Oversee, plan, and execute all creative design projects, market and maintain client brand image, and ensure quality, timeliness, and innovate concepts. Manage numerous design processes and work closely with clients to guarantee their needs, requirements, and creative goals are understood and met. Provide thorough design direction to freelancers, vendors, and partners. Direct, train, and mentor art directors, copywriters, illustrators, photographers and art buyers. Provide brand-building services including concept development, website design, and identity design for books, textbooks, and educational kit materials. Supervise numerous freelancers, client resources, outside vendors and production staff. Collaborate with clients in the manage-ment of large budgets, project planning, resources, and schedules. Actively solicit and develop new business prospects through networking, cold calling, promotions, and direct mailings.
