Make all buy and sell decisions for purchase and sale of softwood plywood and eastern softwood lumber for five wholesale distribution yards and dircet to customer sales. Maintain constant contact with vendors and take short or long market positions as I saw fit. Keep yard managers and sales personnel abreast of market conditions. Hedge contract sales as needed in futures market. Update progress on unresolved products claims.
