Certified manager of landfill operation and certified recycling coordinator. Managed and supervised the operations of county waste recovery/recycling facility, landfill, and collections sites. Responsible for planning, budgeting, administration and tecnical operations of the solid waste department. Successfully implemented state and federal law regulations governing the operation of solid waste collection, transfer, and landfill operations. Supervised 55 county employees.
