Daily Duties at Tc Furlong, Inc:
• Program planning and implementation. Hiring labor, organizing vendors and negotiating contracts for small and large-scale events. • Utilizing experience and understanding of event management to develop budgets and proposals while advancing department profitability • The coordination of audio, lighting and staging with artist requirements • Onsite event management, staff evaluation, client interface and follow-up. • Providing detailed pre-production schedules as well as post-event assessments and recommendations. • The administration of audio for the television show Soundstage, which regularly features artists such as Ringo Starr, Robert Plant, Joss Stone and Faith Hill
