Worked Employee Benefits for workforce of 1000+ employees. Coordinated annual Employee Open Enrollment activities. Reconciled insurance premium statements and other billing related tasks. Presented benefit information at New Employee Orientation. Assisted co-workers with other HR Generalists tasks in areas such as Employee Relations, Workers Comp, and Payroll. Human Resources was an extremely visible department which gave me opportunity to interact with all levels of local government including employees form all departments, the Mayor, the City Council and the Public.
