Daily Duties at Lee Memorial Health Systems:
Practice Operations Manager II for multi-disciplinary Practice for staff of 7 physicians and mid-level providers and staf of 37 RNs, Lab Techs, US Techs, and Clerical Staff. Directed daily activities of Clinical Manager and Practice Coordinator. Ensured Practice was compliant with Fed, State, and Local Laws with main focus on all HR areas compliant and current. Maintained excellent customer service with both internal and external customer base. Assisted with development and implementation of business and marketing plans. Assisted Practice Accountant with developing and maintaining budget. Liaison between physicians, providers, and the Lee Physicians Services Administration Group. Change Agent to make necessary changes required by hospital within the Practice. Coaching assistance to staff as needed.
