Daily Duties at Tortuga Imports Inc:
• Recruit and coordinate interviews for new hires and train. Receive and process new hires paperwork. Prepare payroll; handle sensitive and confidential information. Perform yearly reviews, performance appraisal. Employee relations. Responsible for motivation and reward programs. • Process, and maintain company health and benefit programs. • Ensure company compliance with federal and state regulations handled unemployment claims. • Developed employee training manual and company policy handbook and ensured understanding by management and staff and assistance with compliance. • Implemented new software for control of work schedule and budget administration. • Provide monthly and quarterly reports on payroll expenses and office expenses. • Coaching and Support for employees and management, provide retention methods and conduct exit interviews • Event Coordinator (tradeshows, private/company events). • Access to all confidential and sensitive material corporate and personal. • Responsible for Property Management of rental units, which requires that all units were occupied, that all tenants make timely payment of rent and all that all complaints/repairs are handled. Also, ensure all taxes, mortgages and insurance policies are in effect. • Handled diverse personal matters for owners of company
