 Accounts worked on: Boehringer Ingelheim – Micardis, Aggrenox, Spiriva, Trade and Launch of Spiriva Respimat  Open all jobs and assign job numbers  Coordinate team start-up meetings and generate timelines for new jobs  Provide weekly status updates, conduct meetings, update and distribute daily status reports  Assist in development and routing of estimates, attend meetings and maintain estimates binder  Manage jobs/projects as they are routed through the agency to ensure that deadlines are met on time and within the allotted budget  Prepare client submission materials  Build and manage client estimates
