Daily Duties at Integrated Communications:

 Accounts worked on: Novartis Launch of Exforge, Ortho McNeil – Ultram ER, Elmiron, Cyclen and Evera  Assist in the hiring and training of new employees  Supervise and manage 4 coordinators  Manage several accounts across different pharmaceutical companies  Open all jobs and generate/maintain all timelines  Coordinate team start-up meetings and pre-production meetings  Provide weekly status updates, conduct meetings, update and distribute daily status reports  Manage jobs/projects as they are routed through the agency to ensure that deadlines are met  Prepare client submission materials
