Daily Duties at Novartis Pharmaceuticals:
Account worked on – Novartis Launch of new CV Drug Collaborate with all departments and agencies to ensure all projects adhere to the appropriate steps of the Material Approval Process (MAP). Work closely with Project Owners in prioritizing deliverables, establishing and managing timelines Manage the routing process of projects by the utilization of a manual tracking tool, ensuring accurate metrics Maintain project files containing appropriate documentation and samples Submit and track DDMAC samples to Drug Regulatory Affairs for Regulatory submission Develop schedules, status reports and attend weekly meetings for prioritization of workload Assist and direct agencies on how to properly prepare submissions for Med/Legal reviews Ensure that all Med/Legal submissions are received and distributed in a timely manner and that they meet criteria expectations
