Daily Duties at Multi Media Games Inc:
Responsible for maintaining and monitoring distributed systems availability for approximately 150 sites, 1,500 servers and more than 38,000 client computers. Manage hardware and software configurations, including network and software analysis for troubleshooting processes. Facilitate problem tracking and inter-departmental coordination by utilizing tools to efficiently dispatch repair services and schedule maintenance. Ensure that problem resolutions are handled in a timely fashion to maximize system uptime and performance. Perform analysis of casino accounting and gaming data with relation to customer dispute resolutions
