Daily Duties at Konami Gaming Inc.:

The Technical Support Specialist is responsible for providing the first level of customer service and support. The position responds to customer reported problems, operational issues, questions and customer requests for product improvements. The position is also responsible for periodically traveling to customer sites to provide on site support/training during new implementations. The Technical Support Specialist will also provide non business hours telephone support to existing accounts on a rotating schedule. The position performs additional tasks or projects to improve overall productivity, efficiency and level of service, as assigned. The technical support specialist also performs the following duties: Provides professional support assistance to existing accounts, as directed. Assists quality assurance in conducting regression testing for future software releases as needed. Continuously evaluates the software product to increase working knowledge of the system and identify improvements to Konami products
