Daily Duties at Tree Town Usa:
The Network Administrator job duties include managing the company’s Active Directory structure and exchange accounts. The position recreates issues reported by internal customers and finds resolutions that resolve the issues in a professional and timely manner. Responsible for taking on projects to improve the company’s uptime and stability. The Network Administrator also manages Avaya phone systems including setup, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and voicemail. Responsible for software/hardware setup and maintenance of approx. 500 client workstations, 50 servers across 10 sites.
