Daily Duties at Granite Telecommunications:
• Support and project manage new features and enhancements for 2 web based applications, Cornerstone and Rocklog. Both are used for work ticket processing, workflow management, billing and finance operations. • Utilized Sharepoint by organizing lists, create different views, managing permissions, track all modifications • Provide tier 1 and 2 support to end users for web based applications, Cornerstone and Rocklog. • Suggest process improvements to address end user issues/bugs in Cornerstone and Rocklog • Maintain spreadsheets of priority list, which includes bug fixes, enhancement requests, projects • Assist in the project management of enhancements, bug issues, and projects: Rock reports – web application customers can log in to view finance invoices, view the progress of tickets. • Wrote requirements documents for bug fixes, projects, enhancements for Rocklog, Rock reports, and Cornerstone. Meet with internal users to define requirements, and write project plans. • Execute functional testing for bug fixes, projects, enhancements to Rocklog, Rock Reports and Cornerstone. Test on PC and Apple to ensure compatibility. • Maintain custom reports and EDI customers requests and also being able to QA EDI files.
