Daily Duties at Ewa Services:

1. Perform business development activities such as proposal writing and presentations to prospective clients; Develop and sustain over $3 million worth of business annually. 2. Oversee ongoing projects, manage field operations, perform cost analysis, develop plans, analyze data, training, assessments and provide technical advice on equipment design, fabrication, acquisition, training, and maintenance. 3. Space Electronic Warfare Team (SEWT): One of three original members. First team of its kind in the US and has since grown into 4 Air Force Squadrons: 527th and 26th Space Aggressor Squadrons, the 76th Space Control Squadron, and the 25th Space Control Tactics Squadron. a. Key member of the Space Test and Training and Space Range Management Offices assisting in the establishment of technology and procedures for the use of defensive and offensive EW in Space. Primary Projects/Accomplishments  Project Leader, for Phillips Laboratory’s “ABLE-ACE”-high altitude characterization of low power firing of lasers for detection, steering, tracking, and engagement, base line for ABL, and “HAVE-GAZE” Radar ground clutter measurements for a near motionless Space base platform.  Project Leader for US Air Force Operational Test & Evaluation Center (AFOTEC); EW training, vulnerability assessment for the F-15 Fighter data link JTIDS MID terminal and EW vulnerability, training assessment of Selective Availability Auto-Spoof Module (SAASM).  Project Leader for Air Combat Command (ACC) for Electronic warfare (EW) training assessment, vulnerability assessment for E-3 AWACS & E-8 JSTARS aircraft in response to Air Combat Command (ACC) requirements for Red Flag Exercises.  Project Leader for Air Combat Command (ACC) for Electronic warfare (EW) training assessment, vulnerability assessment during Mission Evaluation for the USAF Weapons School COI based on ACC requirements for AWACS, JSTARS, F-15, and F-16 aircraft.  Project Leader, OPFOR Forces for US Forces Command (FORSCOM) for Electronic warfare (EW) training and assessment. Completed C2 system training and assessment against both Blue and Red Forces. o Tasks includes analysis of the battlefield to determined location of primary C2 nods, IAADS systems, ground radar sites, tactical data links, and location and type of aircraft. Electronic Warfare Training and assessment during Roving Sands 1998 - 2004 in response to FORSCOM requirements.  Project Leader for US Forces Command (FORSCOM) for Electronic warfare (EW) training and assessment and C2 vulnerability assessment for AN/TPS-75 based on ACC requirements.  Project Leader for US Forces Command (FORSCOM) for Electronic warfare (EW) training, vulnerability assessment for AN/TPS-59 based on Commandant, US Marine Corps Aviation & Control requirements.  Project Leader, OPFOR Forces for US Space Command for Electronic warfare (EW) training assessment and vulnerability assessment during EFX 98 - 01; Conduct Red space EW aggressor activities against US space systems from ground and air platforms demonstrating both up-link and downlink vulnerabilities based on Space Warfare Center (SWC) requirements.  Project Leader, OPFOR Forces for Commander Second Fleet (C2F) for Electronic warfare (EW) training, assessment and C2 vulnerability assessment during C2X’ & JTFEX in response to CINCLANLFLT & CINCPACFLT requirements.  Project Leader for Under Secretary of Navy for Air Programs for Electronic warfare (EW) training assessment and C2 vulnerability assessment during Fleet Battle Experiment Exercises & Silent Fury; Determine the effects of USN air to ground weapons and delivery platforms in a GPS denied environment. Electronic Warfare Training during Fleet Battle Experiments in response to Under Secretary of the Navy for Air Programs requirements.
