Lead of the HP GlobalNet Migration for the Harris County Phase, upgrading subnets from a ‘Class C’ to ‘Class A’ IP addressing scheme. DHCP Migration Project for Americas scope creations and implementation Subnet Management and Infrastructure Support utilizing HPSC ticketing system. DDNS and Active Directory Management Lead of the File and Security Conversion for HP, migrating Engineering data from Windows NT40 to Windows 2000 platform. Lead of the File and Security Conversion for Compaq’s Engineering division, migrating data from Banyan VINES to Microsoft Windows NT40 infrastructure. Worked with application vendors and design engineers for the implementation and support of the Legato File Backup solutions. Conduct status meetings on current projects, and attend meetings with management to provide status. Representation of organizational projects to Change Management team to gain approvals and communicate status updates.
