Daily Duties at Fidelity Federal Bank:
Analyzed the Bank's multifamily loan portfolio, identifying risk areas and markets and assisting the Internal Asset Review Manager with managing the Bank's general valuation allowances. Instrumental in the administration of "Operation Discovery", which was the gathering of physical information, income information and other relevant data regarding the Bank's distressed income producing loan portfolio to properly value the Bank's exposure and risk of default by the borrower, and to market these assets for sale. Developed reports and schedules for the Board Loan Committee on the Bank's troubled assets as well as many special projects.
