Preparation of quarterly and annual business plan for the business unit. Additionally, responsible for profitability analysis and rate/volume variance reporting on the company's servicing portfolio and various product lines. Created an interface between individual deal models (Lotus) and the company's accounting software (Micro-Control) to automate the planning process. Charged with the standardization of Balance Sheet/Income Statement templates for use in the planning process. Prepared various analysis and special reporting for both the business unit and headquarters.
