Daily Duties at Remcor Inc.:

Managed the chemical operations of the company from its start-up. Introduced a new way of being in the Chemical Manufacturing business operating under a low budget by arranging “toll” manufacturing of products. Brought revenues to the company with products developed within a very short time frame of two weeks to a month complete with full characterization of products, manufacturing and quality control specifications, formulation costing for “toll” manufacturing • Developed and scaled up to production polyurethane products: RemCast Series 500-1000 - Castable polyurethanes of varying hardnesses (from Shore “A” to Shore “D”) and reactivities (from fast cast machine dispensable to slow gel, pourable systems RemFoam Series 500-1000 – Foams of variable densities, cell structures, reactivities for different applications and uses RemCoat Series – Coatings of varying chemistries either as solvent-based or water-based as protective coatings or for waterproofing purposes RemCAT Series – Innovative catalyst systems for the polyurethane formulations enabling different reactivities with over-all improved cure characteristics and improved product properties • Trained and effectively motivated a selected group of sales/marketing representatives in the sales of Remcor products. Sales for “toll” manufactured products increased by 50% in the succeeding year of being in the market • Introduced to the market a new breed of truckbedliner with increased hardness, elongation and tear strength through a subsidiary company of Remcor, Inc. Captured the market of auto/truck dealerships in Riverside, San Bernardino and Orange Counties with sprayed-on truckbedliners on new trucks as incentive for customers to purchase
