Joined the company at its start-up and breakaway from a parent company. Aggressively reformulated industry supplied starting product formulations. Brought immediate revenues to this company with product reformulations and with sharing other formulas I exclusively owned. • Enabled product manufacturing in less than two months with the production floor mapping, equipment retrofitting design and specifications, manufacturing process specifications, laboratory set-up and training program for new production operators and laboratory quality control personnel • Effectively arranged for the company to manufacture in the Los Angeles as fully certified by the Los Angeles Fire Department through their Certified Unified Program • Brought raw materials almost immediately into the company by negotiating contracts with raw material suppliers thus facilitating manufacture of products for in-house applications and for distribution • Facilitated product quality control testing with Quality Control Manual embodying the specifications and test procedures for the products written up almost immediately • Facilitated the introduction of the products into the market with a complete package of superbly written Product Bulletins with Application Recommendations , Technical Data Sheets and Material Safety Data Sheets • Effectively and efficiently managed product development, production interface, quality control, Raw material/product inventory and hazardous chemical waste disposal • Installed and implemented an efficient Order Entry program that enabled tracking of orders, Products, Customers, Sales Representatives, Product Distribution, Product Concerns.
