Negotiated pricing and managed P&L, product development of catalog merchandise, marketing plans, sales analysis, product selection and forecasting, for both US and Canadian programs. Managed negotiations for guaranteed pricing and delivery contracts on all new and existing vendors. Helped introduce and develop Spring/Summer and Christmas catalogs.
