Daily Duties at Man Tech:
Training Facilitator • Scheduled, organized and maintained training for in-house and contract employees. • Made travel arrangements for contract employees to attend training. • Visited training facilities and coordinated appropriate needs (materials, supplies, etc). • Interacted with clients, individuals and departments on various training and organizational development issues. • Coordinated production of training materials. • Maintained all training records. • Developed and maintained databases of training for all personnel. Execute Assistant, U.S. Department of State, DS • Assistant to the Branch Chief, Cyber Incident and Forensics Branch • Reviewed and analyzed security evaluation reports from various U.S. Embassies worldwide. • Prepared State Dept messages (telegrams) to U.S. Embassies on specific security findings and recommendations. • Arranged travel for the install teams, including domestic and foreign itineraries. • Provided logistics for the team (hotel info, rental cars and road directions) • Informed install teams via foreign affairs manuals to be in compliance with required security regulations. • Supported and maintained the development of a database to include passport information and computer security (COMPUSEC) evaluation schedule. • Prepared daily reports for specific teams on staff. • Prepared forms for visas, passports and country clearances. • Ordered office supplies and created a tracking system for invoices for supplies and equipment. • Responsible for the organization and management of the filing system to track and monitor the incoming actions on U.S. Embassy evaluations.
