Daily Duties at Various Accounting Firms:
Self employed accounting, tax and computer consultant providing per-diem accounting and tax services to local accounting firms and served as Controller to small businesses. • Supervised the recommendation, installation and implementation of accounting systems. • Performed account analysis and reconciliation, budgeting, cash flow projections, month and year end closings. Formulated and implemented accounting and system controls and procedures. • Prepared all tax forms including 1040, 1041, 1065, 1120, 1120S along with federal and state payroll forms. • Assisted clients in establishing controls and procedures to ensure regulatory (tax) compliance.
