Daily Duties at M U N I C I P A L A U T O N O M O U S E D U C A T I O N A L I N S T I T U T I O N  S E C O N D A R Y S C H O O L N O . 1 9  O F T H E P R I V O L Z H S K Y D I S T R I C T I N T H E C I T Y O F K A Z A N :

Taught several classes to elementary, middle and high school students in a prominent public school in the city of Kazan. Motivated students in the EFL classroom utilizing English learning activities as well as instructional games/aids/songs. Engaged students through after school “English only” activities such as English movie day, outings such as English only barbecues, and establishing the school’s first English language club, which engaged students in furthering their knowledge and abilities of the English language. Preparing pupils for external examinations, such as Russian State Exams , as well as standard attainment tests (SATs) and Cambridge ESOL exams (FCE, CPE etc), and administering and invigilating these examinations. Supervised and supported the work of teaching assistants, trainee teachers and newly qualified teachers (NQTs). Assisted the IB (International Baccalaureate) coordinator by implementing and developing of the MYP (Middle Years Programme) at the school. Ran English language and specialist courses for the teaching staff, which required knowledge of scientific, technical and the IB instruction language/CLIL terms.
