Supported and managed employee relations functions as well as manager / employee training and coaching. Participated in internal recruitment throughout thermal division. Presented HR information and issues during plant management and employee meetings; teamed with managers to compile, analyze, and monitor metrics, identifying trends and addressing emerging issues. Managed FMLA, short-term disability, and leave programs. Processed personnel changes and managed reporting; served on safety team.
