Promoted to this newly defined position, serving in broad capacity for 500 employees involving corporate recruitment across 8 areas, ranging from sales and logistics to communications and HR internship program, as well as regionalization of selected programs. Partnered with managers to identify hiring needs and with HR managers to ensure seamless service delivery. Delivered HR-relevant training throughout enterprise; conducted background checks, drug screening, I-9s and orientations. Managed PeopleSoft reorganization and maintenance, along with confidential documentation.
