-Core Product/Process Team Leader – reduced assembly scrap by 90% and enhanced product stability & performance significantly. Millions of dollars saved. -Automated most Laboratory test equipment and enhanced test & measurement capabilities resulting in greatly improved accuracy and efficiency. -Established and administered electronic test information and archives. Moved the test lab to efficient, paperless information storage and retrieval system. -Produced test procedures, methods, and test equipment including fixtures, sensors software, and controls. Equipment included load test, life cycle, performance, environmental, fatigue, acoustic, and dynamometer systems for various products. -Executed testing and analysis. Provided reporting and recommendations. Working hands-on with the equipment and data is very important. -Provided failure analysis of products / systems and recommendations for disposition. Considered a "product expert" after several years with the company.
