Daily Duties at The Club At Key Center :
• Planned, directed and, through subordinates, supervised facility management services including aquatic facility maintenance, repair and improvement of a 25,000-gallon pool and 900 gallon whirlpools (including D.E. filters, pumps, Chemtrol Units, as well as balancing and treating), custodial services and security operations. Coordinated building and maintenance activities to obtain optimum production and utilization of personal and equipment; Coordinated and instructed multiple training in a variety of Health, Safety and First Aid courses for staff and members. • Successfully recruited, hired, trained, supervised, scheduled and evaluated staff; recognized, developed and enforced operating and safety standards and procedures; established and enforced operating and safety standards and procedures for maintenance services and repair; gave direction, resolved problems, prepared work schedules and set deadlines to ensure completion of services.
