Daily Duties at Ryan Beck & Co.:
Supervise a group of 5 NJ Trade Support associates daily. Responsible for all trade corrections, settlement & reconcilliation issues, trade errors, balance all firm inventory a/c's, trade input, and various order entry & trade allocations. I was responsible for providing general compliance, trading practicies, and firm policies guidelines for all clients & branch personnel. Acted as main laision between traders, brokers, BOM's & branch personnel for all trade executions and/ or price adjustments.
