Key Accomplishments:  Led company’s 1st attempt to bring supply chain leadership from various business divisions and geographies together to develop common direction and saving $MM. Results: Realigned supply chain capabilities with strategic needs/direction of businesses, defined next-generation supply chain vision and set of key capabilities.  Spearheaded transformation of IT capabilities which enabled competitive business advantage coming together in single, integrated IT transformation roadmap. Results: Leading-edge global channel connectivity, internal transparency, integration, standardization, consolidated information, improved governance/accountability and greater employee satisfaction.
