 Directed staff of 10 in design/implemented technology based business solutions: IT project life cycle, Network Design, Network Projects, Programming Techniques, Operating Systems and Data Base Management.  Managed multi vendor project teams and assured quality of services provided.  Elevated organizational performance by orchestrating redesign of sourcing standards to deliver robust business model. Key Accomplishments:  Implemented BroadVision for Networking and Wireless, providing portal to enhance buying experience for customers’ sophisticated demands and facilitate world-class solutions. Result: Extended foundation to support product Design Centers for Imaging, Optical Navigation and Motion Control. Foundation became keystone for E-Business capability.  Directed leading-edge CRM-enabled front office, and refreshing IT infrastructure of organization. Results: Implemented Oracle CRM solution, rolling out 3,300 desktops, incorporating networks and telephony solutions, managing IT services, and creating 200 seat customer contact centre.
