* Reviewed current Intranet sites to plan and design one comprehensive intranet to include all CSBU websites. * Collaborated with a data team to create a Call Center web application, using ASP, for new Call Center team. * Performed analysis of business challenges regarding internal clients, designing User Interfaces for intranet sites in UNIX and Windows environments. * Created and evaluated online user surveys and an ASP Help Desk web application.
