* Lead and mentored visual designer and programmers on incorporating front-end design and development into Ariba back end of an eCommerce extranet. * Experienced in full cycle of web design in business requirements gathering using Contextual Inquiry, envisioning and then translating data into information architecture and navigation, creating related workflows, submitting screen conceptualization and layout to client and team and influencing critical design decisions and approval. * Developed screen prototypes for web-enabled dynamic document and email applications utilizing Photoshop and ImageReady. * Created content templates for proprietary Content Management System. * Reviewed and incorporated Section 508 compliance and client focus group findings into site functionality. * Conducted heuristic evaluations and usability testing, including designing, conducting and analyzing qualitative user studies to gauge the usability of prototypes for e-procurement extranet. Tested vocabulary as one indication of users’ ability to find specific content on the site. * Provided support to end users on Content Management System.
