* Working closely with Marketing team, managed offshore team of UI Developers, monitoring and reviewing HTML coding of new, very large, Java-based Provider Portal, making creative recommendations regarding usability and design. * Monitored, reviewed and analyzed UI (HTML/XHTML/CSS) code and Section 508 compliance, encouraging the use of better tools and practices, resulting in better code, better design, and better product. * As a member of a large cross-functional, and partly offshore, team, collaborated with client, design firm, project managers, and business analysts to create mockups and templates for large portal. * Tracked presentation layer design and layout, creating a UI Matrix of all files, including templates and portlets, designed for the portal.
